Stock&Buy enables you to create purchase orders directly from your sales orders, both from a single order or multiple sales orders. This will allow you to create purchase orders in bulk and spare your supplier from receiving several purchase orders.
By creating bulk purchase orders from your sales view, you can keep track of which order are awaiting stock. This feature enables you to plan and make sure that your orders get allocated.

Steps to Create Purchase Orders from Sales Orders
By looking up each of your product’s assigned supplier, this feature enables you to automatically group the items you need to obtain into distinct purchase orders so that you can complete your sales orders.
To create a Purchase Order from a single Sales Order:
- Go to your Sales module.
- Pick an order that you want to make a purchase order from.
- At the top-right corner of the page, click the arrow-down button beside Save.
- Click Create Purchase Order.
- A dialog box will appear that contains the line items in your order.
- Click Create (1) purchase orders.

To create multiple Purchase Orders from multiple Sales Orders:
- Go to your Sales module.
- Select the orders for which you want to make purchase orders.
- At the top-right corner, click Bulk Actions.
- Click Create Purchase Order.
- A dialog box will appear containing all the line items in your order.
- Click Create (1) purchase orders.


Related Orders
The system automatically creates links between the sales orders and the automatically created purchase orders. This will make it easier for you to navigate between your sale and purchase orders that are related with each other.
When you receive your purchase orders, you’ll be able to quickly choose which sales orders to fulfill. The Related Orders section of the Order details page is where you can see the order connections:
