Sale orders overview

This article gives and overview of sale orders within Stock&Buy.

Stock&Buy manages sales orders in the Sales page accessible from the main navigation menu. 

Sale orders are automatically classified into three buckets, open orders, closed orders and all orders.

Open sale orders

The Open sales orders view shows all orders which are not shipped or not fully paid yet. This view is very useful in helping you keep an eye on orders which require immediate attention.

To open an order from view, click on the order number displayed in the first column of the table report.

You can filter the open sale orders view by order number to narrow the displayed orders list to a specific set.

Closed sale orders

The closed sales orders view shows all order which are fully paid and shipped. 

You can filter the closed sales orders view by order number to narrow the displayed orders list to a specific set.

All orders

The All orders view combines both the Open sales and closed sales orders views together.

You can filter the closed sales orders view by order number, order status, payment status or a date range.
