Managing your team

As the primary account owner, you can invite your team members into your Stock&Buy account.

Once invited, individual staff members will be able to log in to the system and help you run your daily inventory and order management operations. After you create a staff member, you can set permissions and control what parts of the system each staff member can access.

Invite a team member

To invite a team member to your Stock&Buy:

  1. Login to your Stock&Buy account
  2. Go to the Users page
  3. Click Create User located in the top right corner of the page
  4. Enter the User name
  5. Enter the User email
  6. Select a time zone where the user is located
  7. Click Save & Close

Once saved, your team member will receive an email with an invitation link to join your organization.

Assign permissions

Once you invite a team member, you can give them specific permissions to access different parts of Stock&Buy.

To change a team member’s permissions:

  1. Login to your Stock&Buy account
  2. Go to the Users page
  3. Click on the tile corresponding to the user you would like to edit
  4. The permissions are visible on the user dialog, on the middle pane

Revoke a team member

Staff members can permanently delete their account from your account. Staff can also be deleted by account owners. This action cannot be undone.

To revoke a team member from your account:

  1. Login to your Stock&Buy account
  2. Go to the Users page
  3. Click on the tile corresponding to the user you would like to edit
  4. Click Delete user.
