Finding your invoices

This article describes how to retrieve billing invoices from Stock&Buy

You can find your invoices under your account settings:

  1. Log into your Stock&Buy account
  2. Go the Account page
  3. Click on the Plans and Billing tile
  4. You will find all invoices in the Invoices table

When upgrading your account, it is important to provide the same email address you used to sign up for Stock&Buy in the payment details. This is so we can link your invoices with your account. If you do not see all your invoices in the invoices section then please get in touch and let us know the email address you used to sign up for Stock&Buy and the email address you provided as part of the payment information during the upgrade process.

Changing invoice details 

Invoices generated in Stock&Buy use your organization name and your default billing location as the primary information.

Follow these steps if you want to change your organization name or your billing location:

  1. Log into your Stock&Buy account
  2. Go the Account page
  3. Click on the Profile and Organization tile
