Bulk add products

This article covers adding products to Stock&Buy in bulk.

Stock&Buy offers multiple ways of adding products in bulk. To bulk import products into Stock&Buy:

1. Go to the Inventory page
2. On the top right corner, click the … button
3. Click Import Products

Add products from a CSV file

If you have a CSV file that was exported from another inventory management software or came from another source, make sure it matches the CSV file format. If the format doesn’t match, or if there are any missing headers, then the import fails.

Your product CSV can’t exceed 2MB. Consider splitting your CSV files into multiple chunks if you have a large number of products to import.

Steps 1: download our CSV template

1. Go to the Inventory page
2. On the top right corner, click the … button
3. Click Import Products
4. Click Import products from CSV
5. Click Next
6. Download our CSV template and add your products into the file
7. Save the file locally

Steps 2: Upload your CSV file

1. Go to the Inventory page
2. On the top right corner, click the … button
3. Click Import Products
4. Click Import products from CSV
5. Click Next
6. Click Next one more time
7. Click Upload file and locate your CSV file
8. Wait until the importer finishes processing your products

Add products from Shopify

If you have an integration with Shopify, you can directly import your products from your online store.

Steps:

1. Go to the Inventory page
2. On the top right corner, click the … button
3. Click Import Products
4. Click Import products from your Shopify store
5. Click Next
6. Select the store you would to download your products from
7. Click Import my products
